8 week Women’s Therapy Group beginning March 19, 2024

Group Purpose: to safely explore yourself and your life, and gain support, community and empowerment. You can share your struggles and concerns and have the opportunity to receive multiple perspectives, feel seen and heard and gain feedback in a safe and confidential environment. Through interpersonal interactions, group members are provided the space to deepen their level of self-awareness and to learn how they relate to others. The group is educational, experiential and skills building.

Themes: topics that may be explored are goals for change, fears and obstacles, empowerment, authenticity, self-compassion, connection, relationship dynamics and more.

Format: The group is limited to 8 members. We will meet for 8 weeks, one hour and 15 minutes each week. The facilitator/therapist will open each session, share educational materials for the first part and then guide group members in sharing for the second part.

Cost: $450 for an 8-week group therapy experience; Each group is one hour and 15 minutes. The fee must be paid in advance, due one week before the start date.

Dates and time: Solstice Counseling, 1136 N Lincoln Ave, Studio in Back, Loveland CO 80537. The group will be from 6pm to 7:15pm. The group will begin on Tuesday, March 19th and once a week thereafter on Tuesday evenings for 7 more weeks. The expectation is that you will be committed to attending each week and arriving on time.
