Information can be securely completed online through Therapy Appointments when you register as a new patient. When you have your first session, I will go over and you will sign disclosure and informed consent, confidentiality and my cancellation policy forms.
$125 per 50 minute session. One free 20 minute office (or phone) consult visit is available to help a potential client make a decision regarding my services.
Cash, check and credit card are currently accepted for payment.
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.

If you are not covered by these I am happy to provide you with a record of the sessions you attended so that you may file a claim with your insurance provider. This means that payment is due at each session, but you would receive repayment directly from your insurance company. Some insurance companies do not accept a therapist outside of their provider network. To determine if you have mental health coverage and can attend sessions with an out-of-network-provider, the first thing you should do is check with your insurance carrier. Check your coverage carefully and find the answers to the following questions:
- What are my mental health benefits?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- How many therapy sessions does my plan cover?
- How much does my insurance pay for an out-of-network provider?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
